Our Catering Service is everything you need and more.
Start the day with breakfast tacos, have a fajita feast for lunch, or serve up our famous grilled avocados for dinner. No matter how big your event, we can help make it a success. We make the food. You be the hero.
PICKUP OR DELIVERY
Catering Services are sold in increments of 5 PPL w/15 PPL minimum. All orders will include, napkins, forks and serving utensils. For same day pick-ups, a 2 hour notice or longer is appreciated, however, our locations will always strive to accommodate.
For deliveries – we partner with a 3rd party vendor that will DROP-OFF and SET OUT the food. “Deliveries need a minimum of 2.5 hour notice.”
**All deliveries orders include a fee + gratuity **

Catering is a significant part of what we offer at Chiloso Mexican Bistro, and we take great pride in delivering it with excellence. Our service includes a buffet-style setup using high-quality disposable chafing stands. All necessary serving ware—plates, napkins, forks, and cups (if beverages are included)—is provided as part of the catering package. At the conclusion of service, our team will promptly clear the area and neatly pack any remaining buffet items for takeaway.
We understand that every event is unique, and we are fully equipped to accommodate large gatherings. For events exceeding 75 guests, a signed catering agreement and a 25% deposit are required at the time of booking.
